3-Month Integration Circle for Women
Nourish through connection and community while microdosing mushrooms. This 3-month offering will give you a chance to heal on your own terms. When you invest in yourself through the practice of microdosing, you're setting yourself up to engage in life in a different way. We will explore and honor mushrooms as a sacred earth medicine and connect to the indigenous roots of this practice.
Micro dosing excavates from the root to allow healing and maintain wellness. Western medical conditions can disproportionately affect the female body. It can sometimes take up to a decade to get diagnosed, and the solutions once diagnosed are unfortunately not very helpful. Women more and more are turning to mushrooms for self-treating chronic conditions, including depression and hormonal imbalances.
Microdosing with mushrooms is an intentional journey for you to build a relationship with the mushroom over an extended amount of time. With diligent preparation, intention and care, this practice can be a very powerful tool.
Mushrooms offer us the chance to cultivate balance, resilience and vitality. We are our own healers. During the 90 days in the integration group the mushrooms are supporting reflection, self-assessment, and resetting the body to a new normal.
Mushrooms help with:

Plant Medicine Is Personal
Plant medicine is not a one-size-fits-all path. Each person’s relationship with it is shaped by their history, nervous system, intentions, and the season of life they’re in.
This work invites listening, discernment, and respect for your own inner timing. If you’re feeling curious or uncertain, or simply want to understand whether this kind of support is right for you, you’re always welcome to reach out with questions.
DISCLAIMER: I do not advocate for the use of illegal substances. My coaching focuses on legal, safe, and responsible approaches to microdosing. I do not endorse or promote the use of plant medicines outside of authorized research or clinical settings.
